Conditions of Sale

• Customers must be 18 years or over to make a open and account and make a purchase.
• A customer may open one store account only.
• Store accounts may not be shared by multiple people.
• All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.
• All product prices are based in Euros. Other currency prices will fluctuate daily, depending on the current exchange rate. Once your order is placed, your payment amount is “locked” and will no longer fluctuate.
• Payment must be made in full before a purchase will be shipped. No exceptions. Any fees or taxes charged by the payment gateway or payment service must be paid by the customer.
• Credit will be offered only when unforeseen circumstances prevent the timely delivery of the selected product, or on a case by case basis, at our own discretion.
• We guarantee the stated purity of our products. A credit or replacement will be offered in the event of any proven quality issues which arise.
• We guarantee the quantity of our products. All our products are shipped with a minimum amount of the selected quantity. Any underages greater than 5% will be corrected by us free of charge.
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery of certain products to certain countries or states.
• We reserve the right to refuse certain shipping methods to certain countries.
• We reserve the right to cancel a customer’s order, without notice or explanation. In such an event, a full refund will be provided if the order has already been paid for.
• We reserve the right to ban a customer from our shop permanently, without notice, and without explanation.
• We may deliver orders in one or more shipments, or combine multiple orders, at our discretion.
• Orders (including products, quantities, shipping method and delivery address) may not be modified after an order has been placed. If the order has not yet been paid for, the customer is allowed to cancel the order and place a new order.
• Customers are required to instruct us to ship purchased products to their own address. If it is discovered a customer is ordering on behalf of others, or of they are shipping to an address other than their own, they will have their order canceled, and they may also be banned from our shop.
• Orders paid for by credit card must be shipped to the credit card billing address. Failure to do so will result in the order being canceled, and the customer may also be banned from our shop.
• We reserve the right to provide your complete order details and personal details to a collection agency, and/or to one or more online consumer ombudsman, in the event that your credit card payment is reversed and you fail to make good on the reversed payment in a timely manner.
• Unless stated elsewhere on this page, or at the time of ordering, we will attempt to ship all in-stock products within five business days after receipt of payment, usually within 24 hours. Customers will be notified by email on the same day their product ships.
• We do not guarantee delivery times. In general, shipping may take two or three weeks, but sometimes may take as long as five weeks from date of payment receipt.
• We will take adequate measures to secure our product during shipment, but we will not take responsibility for any product which is lost or damaged during shipment.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to establish the legality of our products in their country.
• We will not take responsibility for lost shipments confiscated by customs, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities, and we will not refund or replace orders that may have been confiscated.
• We are not responsible for any errors in pricing or availability, whether by human error or by an error in our online shopping cart software. We may refuse to honour any purchases made in regards to such errors.
• We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms from time to time, without notice.

Liability

• Our products are sold for research or educational purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the misapplication or misuse of our products on humans, animals or other property.
