    Back in July we implemented a new payment notification system for Western Union and MoneyGram payments. It’s drastically decreased the number of user input errors, and also greatly increased the speed at which we can collect your payment and get your order out.

    Unfortunately there are still a surprising number of people who apparently do not pay attention to the web pages and emails with these very clearly laid out instructions. We’ve given everyone a two month grace period, and patiently informed customers when they’ve mistakenly failed to use the form. Now it’s time to announce that we will no longer be doing that. If you do not send your payment details via our special WU and MG forms, we will not collect your payment, and you will not be informed of your error. Your order will remain uncollected and unprocessed until you send your payment details in correctly. Fact is, the way our system works now, we will never see your payment details UNLESS you use the special form. Depending on the volume of email we have to deal with on any given day, messages sent to us regarding this issue may also be ignored. Especially, don’t send us your payment details by email or via the feedback form – it will also be ignored. Sorry to be insistent about this, but we just do not have the resources to manage customers who can’t follow simple instructions. Of course, the majority of our customers do follow instructions, and we love you guys!

    Lastly, we have temporarily suspended wire transfers, well, basically because our bank sucks. We apologize to those customers who waited sometimes over a week for their wire transfer to appear in our account. We will have a new bank account ready in a few weeks and we hope that we will see improved payment processing times as a result.

    We’re happy to announce our return from holidays and we’re also happy to announce new low prices on all our products. Additionally, there are some payment method updates.

    For everyone who wrote us during the break, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible, it may take a couple days to catch up. For those who sent in payment while we were away, your orders will ship on Monday.

    A couple products, 2C-C and 2C-E, are out of stock now. We haven’t decided yet whether we will restock or not.

    Some of our regular customers may have noticed changes to our payment methods recently. We’re trying to manage our growth so these things will be in flux for at least a couple weeks.
