Customer Privacy

• All customer data is archived in a TrueCrypt secured volume, with a weekly external TrueCrypt secured backup volume stored off site. Only data pertaining to transactions is retained.
• Customers may request that all of their archived data be deleted at any time. After receiving your request we will delete all your information and will not reply back to you.
• All non-order related email correspondence is manually deleted within 1 week.
• We will never sell, distribute, or disclose any of our customer information to any third party, however we retain the right to do so in the event of fraudulent behavior on the part of the customer.
• Although we strive hard to keep your data secure, we acknowledge that we can not 100% guarantee that your correspondence with us will not be intercepted without our knowledge. So we advise our customers to take precautions if they feel it is necessary.
• We have a public PGP key, our contact email address is embedded within that key.
