We’re planning our holidays, so it’s time we announce that our shop is going to be totally closed from 12:01am 15 December (our time) until 5 January. We will not be accepting any new orders or shipping any orders during that time period.
Very important: ALL emails received during the holidays will not be replied to. No matter how serious or urgent your query, and no matter how many times you resend it, even if it’s ALL CAPS, you will not get any reply back. Closed means closed.
If you still choose to send payment for your order during the holiday time, please understand that your payment will not be acknowledged or collected and your order status will not be updated until we return on 5 Jan.
So let’s make it perfectly clear: If we receive your payment before the 15th, YES, we will ship your order on or before the 15th. So don’t procrastinate.
We hope you also enjoy your holiday break and we’ll see you in the new year.

Effective immediately, we have once again closed signups for new customers. This is mainly to try to avoid any n00b issues during the holiday break, but also because our new fulfillment centre has reached capacity.
If you’re already a customer, you can continue to order from us, otherwise you will have to wait until we allow new customers starting in January. As before, we will briefly reopen to new customers periodically, without prior notice. Watch for exclusive announcements on our Twitter feed.
BTW, please do not email us asking us to be let in. It won’t work at all. But of course we know many of you will still write in anyway, so if you really insist on asking, try to be creative (i.e. don’t grovel). No amount of creativity will actually get you in, but at least it will brighten our day with a chuckle before we delete your email.

We have yet another new product launch this week. It’s 2,5-dimethoxy-4-(n)-propylphenethylamine, aka 2C-P. This will probably round out our phenethylamine range for a while.

We’d like to introduce our latest product, 1-phenyl-2-methylaminobutan-1-one, also known as Buphedrone. This is an introductory offer, so the price will probably change when we return from our holiday break.
