A couple weeks ago we implemented a new and convenient web form for customers who pay us with Western Union and MoneyGram. It has worked like a charm, however it seems most of our customers are still not using it. We’d like to remind you to please carefully READ the entire web page and the auto-email you receive after you place your order, as it contains the link to the web form.
If you do not use this web form, from today onwards, we can not guarantee that we will be able to collect your payment right away, because all previous means of communication for these payment methods are now officially no longer in service. Therefore, your order will be delayed indefinitely until you contact us and ask us why we didn’t collect your payment, and then we will write back to you and tell you to read your email and also read this page. Sorry to be so strict, but it’s an important and necessary streamlining to our shop, and it’s also in your own interest to use the web form as it will guarantee that we will receive your complete and accurate payment details.
So please everyone, READ the emails we send you!!

Due to a shocking number of disappearing shipments to Sweden over the past few weeks, we recommend all our Swedish customers to not order from us anymore. Or at least not for a while. If you are in Sweden and still wish to order from us, we remind you that the product will be delivered at your own risk. If it doesn’t arrive, it’s very unlikely it will ever be found or recovered, and no refund or reship will be offered. If Swedish losses continue, for your own safety, we will remove Sweden from our countries list and you will not be able to place any orders. Tack!
UPDATE: Just to make it totally clear, we’re only experiencing these problems with shipments to Sweden. Shipments to the rest of the world are arriving without issue.

Over the coming weeks we will be moving to a new office in a new location. Our move enables us to serve you even better, and also allows us to offer a variety of new products.
We will remain open for business throughout the move, although we will have to totally close the shop down periodically for several days at a time, maybe even as long as a week at a time. Stay tuned to our Twitter feed for advance notice of shop closings and openings.
We will not be accepting any new customers until we have completely relocated and the new staff is trained, at which time we will welcome new customers every day, not just for a few hours on Sundays as has been the case recently. So if you want to be our customer please be patient and come back to visit us near the end of August.
Thank you everyone for your support, patience and understanding.
