We’ve have been super busy recently but we’re happy to report everything is back to normal and orders are shipping on schedule again. We’d also like to announce we have just slashed prices on a few of our products. Go take a look.

We have learned of some new, possibly related, websites offering JWH-018, who have brazenly copied the look and feel, text, and images from this website as well as our popular Bonsai Tree website. Due to the similarity of these websites to ours, we want to inform our customers that there is no relation whatsoever. We caution our customers to be alert and not confuse our websites with theirs.  We have also received a first-hand report of someone being ripped off by one of the websites, so, caveat emptor.

Another of these copycat websites now boldly claims that our JWH-018 product is most definitely fake. We find this quite amusing because we are the original manufacturer of our JWH-018 product. We therefor have no problem to publicly challenge such claims – our JWH-018 product is 99.5%~99.7% pure, it’s made in the USA, and it is the highest quality commercial grade JWH-018 available anywhere.

Our “Frequent Flyer Program” is officially broken. We are aware that for many of our customers the program has worked perfectly, but many others report that it is not working properly, if at all. We don’t know why this is. This is a known bug but the French developer of our shopping cart software can not be persuaded to address the bug any time soon, so we will temporarily remove the FF program at the end of June. If you have collected any FF points, we recommend you redeem them before the end of June. We will reinstate the FF program just as soon as we have a bug fix from the developer. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We have updated our Terms & Conditions. We will no longer allow customers to make purchases on behalf of others. Any purchase you make must be received by you at your address, not by someone else. In the near future we will begin to contact customers who have been abusing these terms and possibly close their accounts if they continue.

Our bank has required us to make this modification for compliance purposes, but unfortunately there is another reason. Some people have been advertising (spamming) online, some even passing themselves off as us, collecting payment from their customer and then placing an order with us and telling us to send it on their customer. This will no longer be tolerated as it can give the impression to some people that we are the spammers, or at the very least, that we support these spammers.

We would like to ask our customers to please contact us if they spot anyone doing this.

We will never spam nor publicly advertise our website online. Ever.
