Until recently we have been pretty good at 12 to 24 hour turnaround in order processing, however we’re finding that as our volume increases that it’s become inefficient for us to try to keep doing that. So, effective 1 February 2009 we will slightly modify our business operations. Now we will ship only every other day. That leaves us with the alternate day to prepare orders for shipping the following day, follow up on emails, and attend to other business matters.
So how does this affect you? Not a lot, apart from maybe your order taking an extra day to be delivered – at the most. Or if you send payment by Western Union or MoneyGram, it may take us a full day to acknowledge receipt of your payment instead of the same day. But in reality we will always try to get your order processed quickly, and if at all possible your order will go out just as quickly as is has in the past.
And please note that on weekends, if you place an order, send in payment, or send us a question, we may not get back to you until Monday.
