Some of you may have noticed references to “Frequent Flyer Points” in our online shop. Well it’s time we explained what that is.

Every time you place an order with us for 150 € or more, you will receive Frequent Flyer Points. Every Frequent Flyer point can be exchanged for a voucher worth 10 € which you can use on your next order with us.

Here’s a few examples of how you can earn:

Order 150 €  = 1 Frequent Flyer point (10 € voucher)

Order 320 €  = 2 Frequent Flyer points (20 € voucher)

Order 499 €  = 3 Frequent Flyer points (30 € voucher)

To find out if you have earned Frequent Flyer points already, just log in to our shop, click on MY ACCOUNT, then click on My Frequent Flyer Points. If you have earned any Frequent Flyer points you will see an option to convert them into a voucher.You can use that voucher on any product purchase on our site within 1 year. The voucher can only be used by you, it can not be transfered to another person.

To use the voucher, place an order with us for any amount, and when you are ready to check out click on the shopping cart icon and enter the Voucher code you received into the Voucher input box. Finally, confirm payment and that’s it.

Orders confirmed (i.e. with payment) on or before 29 December will be shipped before then. Orders confirmed after the 29th will not be shipped until 5 Jan 2009.

Thanks to receiving a volume based postal rate decrease, we are now able to offer everyone free Air Mail shipping. Previously we offered free SAL shipping (which is slightly slower). Free shipping is only available for orders under 100 Euros, above that you will need to select Registered Air or EMS (which you can track via our website).
