    Yep, it’s that time of year again. This year our holidays are from 13 Feb until 21 Feb. The good news is we will still be online and working throughout the holiday, the bad news is the post office will not be fully working. What this means is that even though we will process and deliver your orders to the post office, the post office itself will not be shipping any air cargo during the holiday period. Factor in about an extra week into your usual delivery time. You can also expect there will be some delays for a while even after the holidays due to the post office having to deal with a huge backlog of shipments. Place your orders early to avoid delay!

    We hope everyone had a great holiday. A few updates today:

    • During our holiday we finally upgraded our system software, fixed some bugs and added some new features to the shop. We’ll have some more details about all that later. There might still be a few bugs which we will be shaking out over the next day or so, please be patient if something breaks.
    • Our sister website, www.jwh-018.com, is now closed for good. We never expected the “bonsai” meme to catch on — it was a joke after all. Now that every other online JWH-xxx vendor is offering “bonsai food” we feel it’s time to move on. We will refer all customers there to this website from now on.
    • Nearly all of our products have been reduced in price since last month. We now also offer a JWH Value Pack. Go take a look.
    • We’re still only welcoming existing customers, however keep watching our twitter feed for an update — very soon.

    Was going to put this on Twitter, but can’t fit it all in 140 characters.

    We are filled with sadness because we seem to be failing to communicate a very simple message to many of our customers:

    PLEASE use the special payment form when sending your WU and MG payment details. Failure to do so means your order will not be processed. It will forever be “Waiting for payment..” status.

    The payment form URL is on our web site after you complete your order, it’s also in the email we sent you when you completed the order. It’s also in our FAQ. Yet still far too many people are not using the payment form. This makes us very very sad.

    Just in case you are interested to know why we insist on this, it’s two-fold. One reason is, the form catches any data entry errors and will not allow you to send incorrect or incomplete details. Before we used this form a shocking number of people could not seem to type their correct details and as a result wasted a lot of our time chasing them to get it right. Now the incorrect entries you can count on one hand each month. The other, more important, reason is because now your payment details go directly to the staff who will collect payment. This vastly speeds up the processing of your order, and usually gets your order shipped the same day or next day.

    Remember, don’t submit that form more than once, that’ll immediately delay your order by a day or two because someone else will have to manually follow up with you.

    So everyone: Please carefully read the emails we send you when you place your order. It’s not all boilerplate and they may contain instructions which have changed since your previous order. :)

    We have a new product this week. It’s 2-(Ethylamino)propiophenone, also referred to as Ethcathinone. This is an introductory offer, so the price will probably change when we return from our holiday break.
